| We are offering FREE SHIPPING on national orders of $250 or more! This special offer does not apply to orders are to be shipped to unincorporated territory of the US, foreign contracts and orders for goods requiring special treatment (atypical volume, weight, longer than 70" in length or extremely sensitive material as glass products). Free shipping does also not take effect for combined orders composed of 2 or more manufacturers. Orders of items under different manufacturers will entail that we ship from 2 or more different locations, therefore shipping cost will be added to the total cost. Usually, products ship the same day however, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. You have 10 days to return any item or items in their original unopened package from the date of receipt. You will be credited the full amount minus any shipping charges and restocking fees (varied, depends on brand). Any special orders may not be returned for any reason. We make every effort to pack and ship your products carefully and we expect the same consideration. All products that are returned need to be packaged in a similar fashion as when received to ensure damage does not occur, no credit will be issued unless products are received in good re-sellable condition.
If a product is defective or damaged you must notify us within 3 business days, we will ship another at our own expense upon return of the defective item's. Prior to shipping back any product we must be contacted either by E-mail or phone at 847-592-7427 to obtain a Return Goods Authorization Number, RGA Number.
Please do not ship anything back with out prior authorization. All returns must have an RGA Number clearly marked on the package no credit will be issued with out this number.
Please remember we do not take items back under $50 because the restocking fee for items under $100 is $20.00. by the time the return shipping is paid, it would not be worth it to return the item.
All you have to do is e-mail us at , provide us the original order number, the product you want to return or exchange, the reason for the return, and your name, daytime telephone number and e-mail address. We will promptly return your e-mail authorizing the return. Then you return the items to the specific address.Our goal is to please you. | Shipping Time - most orders will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. For orders are to be shipped to unincorporated territory of the US, outside the continental US or that include lockers, glass products, items longer than 70" in length or very heavy, standard shipping or expedite shipping request will be calculated after receipt of order. For combined orders composed of 2 or more manufacturers or orders of items under different manufacturers will entail that we ship from 2 or more different locations, therefore shipping cost will be added to the total cost. We can ship orders using USPS priority mail to most foreign countries, but we will not be responsible for delays, damages, open/broken or lost packages if you choose USPS priority mail shipping option. IF the packages is damaged/broken or lost by USPS, you will be charged for the orders. We don't refund shipping cost If your shipment is unclaimed or returned to us for any reason. We have an automatic computing mechanism to help you understand tentative shipping charges during the checkout. However, all products with atypical volume, size, or weight need a special shipping process. Usually mirrors, continuous hinges, and many other products fall under this category. We, here at The Builders Supply, reserve the right to modify or demand additional shipping cost at actual for these non-standard items. In such cases, we will verify the shipping cost and if it is more than the charged amount, we will contact you for the additional shipping charges prior to the shipping. |
