Cellular Control Module - Wiegand Application: Use a cell phone or internet connection to take complete control of any existing Wiegand Keypad or Card Reader. Cellular Control Module (CCM-2) is the only cellular Wiegand interface on the market today. CCM-2 converts any Wiegand (or proprietary protocol) keypad or reader to 100% cellular. Unlike any other Wiegand-based systems, CCM-2 eliminates the need for expensive wiring and control panels. How It Works: CCM-2 uses a patent pending technology which is comprised of three basic components: the Cellular Control Module/power supply which connects to the gate or door controller, the Wiegand control module and CelAccess servers which are accessed via the internet or telephone. Once installed, the property owner creates an account on the CelAccess web site and creates a private access code as well as codes for other users as necessary. Access codes can be created that expire after a fixed number of uses, that are valid for only a specified date range or are valid until cancelled. Access codes can also be limited by the day of the week or the hours of the day. This gives the property owner maximum flexibility and security. Virtually an unlimited number of access codes can be created so each person entering the property can be given unique codes. Features and Benefits Ready out of the box!
