Construction:
Shelf - fabricated of 18-gauge (1.2mm) type 304 stainless steel with exposed surfaces having a satin-finish. All four corners provided with 3/8" raised edge. All corners are welded and ground smooth.
Installation:
Shelf is secured to wall with two (2) #10 x 1-1/2" phillips pan head machine screws provided by Gamco. Wood blocking is perferable behind all wall surfaces. If wood blocking is not available, the following optional fasteners are suggested. For plaster or dry wall construction, provide concealed backing to comply with local building codes, then secure unit with #7 x 1-1/2" (3.8 x 38mm) or longer sheet-metal screws. For other wall surfaces, provide #7 x 1-1/2" (3.8 x 38mm) sheet-metal screws and fiber plugs or expansion shields, or provide 1/8" (3mm) toggle bolts or expansion bolts.
